| This module allows you to select single governments' data for a single year and one or more or all variables to display. The results ae presented in a Downward list with percentages.
Only presents items with values greater than zero.

| This module allows you to select one or more governments and one or more variables to be summed for the specified year or years.
| Local Government Fiscal Comparions: Selected Government Compared to the Average for Comparison Group Governments
| This module selects comparison group communities based on identifying a set number of communities that are nearest in population to the selected communities. The values for the selected variables for both the selected and the comparison group communities are displayed. In addition, an average for compairsion communities is calculated and a graph is produced that compares the value for the selected community with the average for the comparison communities. If a community does not have any revenues or expenditures reported, this community is not included in the calculation of the average as this indicates that the community probably does not perform the function in question.
| Trend Analysis
| Single Government Fiscal Trend Analysis
| In this module one can select the beginning and end years, one community and one or more variable for the trend analysis. The trend data is presented per fiscal year as well as a calculation of the per capita amount and a per capita amount that has been adjusted for inflation, i.e., standardized into 1983 dollars using the Consumer Price Index. The basic trend (for one variable is plotted on a graph. Additionally, one can choose to perform a regression analysis that will produce a trend line and predicted values for the variable.
| Fiscal Trend Analysis: Variables Summarized for a Group of Selected Governments
| This module is the same as the Simple Fiscal Trend Analysis except that one can choose a number of governments. For each variable chosen, the variable values for the governments chosen are summarized.
| Fiscal Trend Analysis: Variables Summarized for Comparison Group of Governments
| This model builds a Comparison Group of Governments and then averages the selected variables values for this group and builds a trend line. This line is then compared with the line for the selected community.
